During the early 1980s, tax credits stimulated great interest in saving our architectural past. Unfortunately, federal tax laws were revised before larger areas of mostly urban environments could be stimulated with new life. Indeed, this fact was largely responsible for the relocation of Wallover Architects from Ohio to Pennsylvania. Nevertheless, our firm's expertise continues to grow in this area with varied and interesting projects.
