Project Architect

As a Project Architect, you will play a vital role in designing and managing projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and consultants to develop high-quality, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development, construction documents, and project coordination
Collaborate with the design team to create innovative aquatic and recreational facilities
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
Ensure projects meet technical, regulatory, and aesthetic standards

Qualifications:

Licensed Architect (or in progress) with 5+ years of experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction detailing
Experience with aquatic or recreational facility design is a plus

BIM Technician

The BIM Technician role is crucial in our design and documentation process. You will be responsible for creating and managing detailed building models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality Revit models and construction documents
Assist architects in design coordination and project visualization
Implement BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection processes
Support the team with technical drawings, detailing, and digital coordination

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in BIM/Revit modeling
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other drafting software
Understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and 3D modeling
Ability to collaborate with architects and engineers in a fast-paced environment
