Firm History

Wallover Architects was established in Canton, Ohio in 1982, and moved to its primary location in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1986. In the decades since, Wallover has provided many institutional, municipal, commercial and private clients with specialized professional, architectural and planning services.

The combination of talent at Wallover Architects is unique in the industry. Edwin (Ted) Wallover in association with Susan Wallover of Wallover Aquatics, represent a team of skilled professionals who fully understand the technical and operational aspects of aquatic and recreational facility design, commercial and municipal development and historic renovation.

Combining decades of experience with specialized knowledge from Recreation Planning Associates, Wallover Aquatics was recently formed as an independent consulting and development firm. Wallover Aquatics expands upon the knowledge of Wallover Architects, and exists to help operators use their aquatics facilities successfully, and to create the programs and information necessary to allow the design of such facilities to be undertaken.
